I was tasked with redesigning the website for ICLC, a Japanese language school with campuses in both Tokyo and Okinawa. The project involved transforming a wealth of information into an easily navigable, visually compelling experience, ensuring the site was both engaging and user-friendly.

The design focused on brightness, colour, and a playful aesthetic, aligning with the school’s vibrant atmosphere while clearly presenting key details. Tokyo’s dynamic, fast-paced energy was reflected in the design, while Okinawa’s more relaxed, tropical setting was incorporated to highlight the contrasting environments of the two campuses.

By combining clear, accessible copy with an engaging design, the site successfully conveyed the diverse experiences that ICLC offers. It appealed to prospective students eager to immerse themselves in the cultural vibrancy of Tokyo or enjoy the laid-back lifestyle of Okinawa, all while making essential information easy to find and digest.
